I needed a lip balm and I saw the super cute Alice in Wonderland package, which pretty much sold me on it. It looked like it has pretty decent reviews, so I figured why not. DHC is well regarded in the US, so I was kind of surprised to see it just in regular markets in Japan. Seems like it's not really a fancy brand here, but I like that it's affordable and a lot nicer than in the US. I used to use the Cleansing Oil, which I really like, although I'm trying out some other brands now. It's quite good in terms of moisturizing, and it's fine under lipstick if I'm wearing some. Lately I've been using mostly lip tints that I don't need to reapply, so this is fine to wear over them. I'll probably re-buy this, although it will help if they come out with another cute package, since I don't really like the normal pink tube. I don't recommend it if your skin has problems with lanolin, since that's the main ingredient, but it stops it from being too greasy and sticky.
